The capacity chart above is a general guideline recommended by the industry based on seating capacity. This varies based on table configuration, seating configuration and other elements such as decor,stations, dance floor, etc.

 

All tent pricing includes the following: PLEASE BE AWARE 

 

-Minimum TWO night rental ( weekend setup typically occurs Thursday/Friday depending on weather and availability and tent  MUST be emptied for tear down by 10AM SUNDAY MORNING- unless otherwise advised)

-basic hung lighting inside. 

-tent sidewalls 

-all necessary safety equipment

-setup/tear down fee

Please note- Pricing does NOT include delivery to your location or 15% HST- 

      -If the tent or items requires a designated or strict time for setup/tear down a $250.00 fee will apply.

      -If the tent is not ready for tear down by designated time a $150.00 fee will apply.

We must be capable of accessing the setup area with our delivery trucks and trailer.

EAST PRINCE- $100.00- Mischouche- Hunter River

CENTRAL - $175.00- Hunter River- Stratford

EASTERN- $225.00- East of Stratford
