Q: How far in advance should we book?

A: For Weddings and large events we recommend booking 12-18 months in advance if possible,
especially for peak summer weekends. Early booking ensures availability ad allows amble time to plan
tent sizing,layout and additional rentals that may occur as you plan your special celebration!

Q: What happens in extreme weather conditions?
​
A: Our tents are engineered and professionally installed to withstand typical wind and weather conditions experienced
on Prince Edward Island. In the Event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, our team will work closely with you and your venue
to determinethe safest course of action. Guest safety, team safety and structural integrity are always top priorities.
We carefully monitor weather forecasts leading up to every installation and take precautions to ensure structure is properly secured.

A: Yes, we regularly coordinate with wedding planners, venues, photographers and other event professionals to ensure everything run smoothly.
